Chaim d37d03f478 docs: add comprehensive agent audit 2026-05-17 ...

7-agent parallel audit of all Paperclip agents (CEO, analyst,
researcher, writer, QA, exporter, proofreader, curator).

Found 12 issues including 3 critical:
- Exporter: V vs v naming mismatch in DOCX versioning
- Exporter: case.status not updated to exported after export
- Researcher: section ז missing from case 8174-24
