לבקשת היו"ר — בדף תקדים, בסקשן "הלכות שחולצו", הלכות עם תג תיקוף-ציטוטים (X11) מוצגות ראשונות.

מיון חדש ב-ExtractedHalachotSection:

הלכות עם תג (count חיובי או טיפול שלילי) צפות לראש.
בתוכן — לפי corroboration_count יורד (הכי מתוקפות קודם).
השאר — סדר מסמך מקורי לפי halacha_index.

frontend בלבד; חל בכל לשונית (הכל/מאושרות/...). npm run build עובר (14/14).

המשך ל-X11 Phase 2 (PR #33/#34/#35).

feat(web-ui): sort corroborated halachot first in extracted list (X11) 1aadd3b455

Halachot carrying a corroboration badge (positive citation count or a
negative treatment) float to the top of 'הלכות שחולצו', ordered by
corroboration strength; the rest keep document order by halacha_index.
