In this Law: \"standard contract\" - a contract whose terms, in whole or in part, have been predetermined by one party and the other party has had no significant ability to negotiate; \"restrictive condition\" - a condition in a standard contract that unduly restricts or denies a right to which the customer would otherwise be entitled."
