What & Why

להוסיף סיווג-בריאות חד לכל סוכן ב-agents-tab / /operations (Working/Idle/Stalled/Zombie) במקום להסתמך רק על תורים ו"רץ עכשיו" — כדי לזהות stranded-child/zombie אוטומטית במקום אבחון-ידני.

הקשר ופירוט

מקור-השראה: Gastown gt feed --problems — מסווג כל סוכן למצב-בריאות: Working / Idle / Stalled / Zombie / GUPP-Violation.

הבעיה אצלנו: agents-tab v2 (#215) ו-/operations (project_operations_process_controls) מראים תורים + "רץ עכשיו" אבל לא סיווג-בריאות. "זומבי" = issue משויך+פעיל-כביכול אבל ה-run מת — בדיוק ה-stranded-child שאנחנו מאבחנים ידנית (reference_recovery_loop_stranded_child).

מטרה: לגזור מצב-בריאות per-agent/per-issue מ-agent_wakeup_requests + heartbeat_runs (run מת + issue assigned = Zombie; wake חוזר בלי progress = Stalled) ולהציג בדשבורד הקיים.

  • הוספה זולה לדשבורד קיים, לא מערכת חדשה.
  • מזין נהדר מ-#219 (טלמטריה): אותם אירועים גוזרים את המצב.
  • G12: הגזירה מהשער.
    קשור: project_stale_interaction_cleanup, project_operations_process_controls, reference_recovery_loop_stranded_child.

⚠️ טרם הוגדרו. המשימה הועברה מ-TaskMaster ללא testStrategy.
לפני לקיחתה — להגדיר AC ולסמן status:ready (כלל התבנית: issue ללא AC אינו pickable).

הועבר מ-TaskMaster (tag legal-ai, id 222, status היה in-progress) ב-2026-08-05. הפניות (#222) בהודעות-commit ישנות מתייחסות למזהה ה-TaskMaster, לא למספר ה-issue הזה.
