Chaim	f4dd4f7134	Add shared HEARTBEAT.md checklist for all agents ... Symlinked to Paperclip instructions directory for each agent. Single source of truth: .claude/agents/ files → symlinked to Paperclip. Cleaned duplicate soul_md from DB metadata.
