fix(halacha): panel reads canonical GOOGLE_GEMINI_API_KEY (Infisical name)
The Gemini key is stored in Infisical as GOOGLE_GEMINI_API_KEY (nautilus /external-apis/gemini). Align the panel to read that canonical name first, falling back to bare GEMINI_API_KEY for back-compat — so an Infisical→.env sync keeps working.
