"content": "Section 4. Every person in a medical emergency is entitled to receive medical treatment without preconditions."

"content": "Section 13. No medical treatment shall be given to a patient unless the patient has given informed consent. The physician shall provide the patient with medical information regarding the nature of the treatment, its risks and benefits, and alternatives."
