In this Law: \"terrorist act\" - an act of violence or threat of violence against a person or property, or an act that endangers the life of a person, committed with the intention of advancing a political, religious, or ideological cause, or to intimidate the public; \"terror financing\" - providing, collecting, or making available financial resources or financial services with the knowledge or intent that they will be used to commit or support a terrorist act."
