"content": "Section 1. Every resident of Israel is entitled to health services under this Law."

"content": "Section 20. Health funds shall maintain medical databases for the purpose of providing health services. The collection, use, and transfer of health data shall be subject to the Privacy Protection Law and regulations made thereunder."
