"content": "Section 1. In this Law: \"detention order\" - an order issued by the Minister of Defense for the detention of a person; \"state of emergency\" - a state of emergency declared under the Basic Law: The Government."

"content": "Section 2. During a state of emergency, the Minister of Defense may, by order, detain a person for a period not exceeding 6 months if the Minister has reasonable grounds to believe that the detention is necessary for reasons of state security or public safety."
